Privacy Policy
Your personal information is as valuable to us as it should be for you. Your data, like your privacy and security, are top priorities. We collect the minimum amount of information needed in order to fulfill orders placed through our website/ app or over the phone. Should you wish that we remove your details from our database.
Orders & Cancellation Policy
The order confirmation is the record of our agreement to deliver your products. If someone else has ordered on my behalf, I agree that they acted as an agent. Amendments can be made no later than 30 minutes before we are set to arrive at your home or business address - and if there's any changes in store for delivery time just reach out! The delivery time for your order can be changed up to 30 minutes before the quoted delivery time begins. Any amendments must be made by contacting our relevant store directly, but they may result in cancellation of your original payment and new orders being initiated. The time is running out. If you need your order delivered on-time, please mention it when placing the order and we will do our best to accommodate this request. Cancellations made up to 30 minutes before start of allocated delivery time are subject to a full charge as well.
Allergies & Product Availability
All of our products are carefully monitored to ensure that they meet the highest quality standards, but some factors may be out of our control. If you have any food allergies or sensitivities please feel free to ask a member of staff for an allergen sheet and consult it before ordering anything on the menu! Allergens in particular can sometimes pose problems when preparing your meal because we never know if there will be cross contamination with something like nuts which contain peanuts (or other allergens) - even though we take great care not too. Please don't hesitate to get information from us about what ingredients might cause upset beforehand so you can make sure everything is as allergy-friendly as possible.
